RE: An introduction to Neuroreflexology, a non drug treatment which has successfully benefited many serious incurable diseases, invented by an American-Vietnamese woman named Le Thi Thu Cuc.

Dear Madam First Lady Melania Trump,

I am a doctor from Vietnam who graduated from the University of Natural Medicine in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, I am working at the Nutritional Research Institute of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. First, I would like to send my most respectful greetings to you and President Donald Trump and your family.

When I arrived in the United States to visit my family, I was considerably surprised and moved to meet the person who had invented a highly effective non-drug treatment despite being 86 years of age. She indefatigably continues to provide treatment and care, persistent with her pursuit to cure others using this non-drug method not just in the United States but also in many countries across the world. I know that First Lady and President Donald Trump, who has been hailed by the world as an Angel of God sent to Earth to eliminate injustice and bring prosperity, not just to America, but for all humanity, have opened your hearts to care for the people, particularly during the Corona pandemic. Mr. President has also paid a particular attention to the elderly and disabled children and I therefore would like to introduce a Vietnamese-American woman named Lê Thị Thu Cúc (LTTC), a woman of extraordinary talents and skills living on his eminence’s land.

She is the person who discovered the unique and exceptional rehabilitation treatment called Neuroreflexology since 1987. It has cured numerous illnesses, in particular serious diseases previously considered incurable. Many patients and their relatives have broken into joyful tears when she cured them beyond all expectations. I am also a person who is deeply grateful to her for she is the one who cured my mother’s chronic vestibular disorder. When returning to the United States, I paid a visit again to Ms. LTTC’s office at 8056 Boone Rd., Houston TX 77072 to continue learning and researching Neuroreflexology that had fascinated me since its early days during her 3 year stay in Vietnam. One of the current masters and mentor is Dr. Nguyễn Văn Hưởng. The Ministry of Health and its Minister himself have visited LTTC to learn and enquire about  her method, a method that is inexpensive but highly effective at curing numerous diseases without the use of drugs or vaccination, reducing the risk of infection considerably.

When the Minister witnessed firsthand the miraculous improvements of hundreds of patients who had suffered from incurable diseases, he invited her to treat his wife who was suffering from Alzheimer’s and invited her to treat his 2nd time of having a stroke. Once he observed the practical results, the minister had written a letter of recommendation to the Ho Chi Minh Institute of Ethnic Medicine to invite her into the institute and research an entirely new treatment method. After over 2 months at the institute, she treated 7 different types of diseases: Congenital deafness, blindness, paralysis cerebral palsy, mental illness, epilepsy and diabetes. The Institute’s Science and Technology Council applauded her and concluded the Neuroreflexology, which it’s phenomenal achievements, was very noteworthy and encouraging. Afterwards, the Dead of the Institute, Dr. Trương Thìn permitted the application of Neuroreflexology at the Institute. Neuroreflexology has been recognized by notable and leading authorities, including practitioners and professors alike, who have praised its medical value as it applies modern neurophysiological anatomy to manipulate reflexes on the central and autonomic nervous system. Utilizing a simple set of instruments such as a roller, rake, and small reflex hammer to systematically stimulate the nervous on the skin, head, face, neck and back, it is able to treat ourselves and our patients.

Due to the encouragement of the Minister of Health in Vietnam, the Neuroreflexology book was published in 1990 and her 2nd book was published and registered in the United States in 1991 and 2010.  After Neuroreflexology was studied at the Institute of Traditional Medicine, many illustrious Doctors of the top in their medical branches such as (1) Dr. Nguyen Van Huong, Minister of Health, (2) Dr. Truong Thin - Former Director of Ho Chi Minh National Institute of Ethnic Medicine, (3) Professor Do Dinh Ho, Physiologist, (4) Professor (Dr.) Phan Trinh - Specialist in pathological anatomy in University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City, (5) Professor (Dr.) Duong Xuan Dam - Physiotherapist at Military Medical Hospital 108, (6) Dr. Vu Cong Thuyet - Former Deputy Minister of Health, (7) Professor (Dr.) Pham Gia Van - Anatomy Specialist - Military Medicine, (8) Dr. Pham Gia Lang - Former Director General of the Ministry of Health, (9) Professor (Dr.) Nguyen Van Au - Deputy Director of the Military Medical Hospital 108, (10) Professor Hoang Van Thuan, PhD - Neurologist - Military Medical Hospital 108, (11) Dr. Nguyen Quang VinhFormer Dean - Central Military Hospital 108 and the Head Doctor of the Hospital, have written commentary articles highly appreciating her Neuroreflexology treatment. These famous articles were printed in her two above-mentioned books. They have also written many letters introducing her to many health facilities throughout Vietnam to continue her assessment at many great hospitals such as: Cho Ray Hospital (Neurology and malignant malaria department), General Hospitals and Hospitals of Ethnic Medicine of Saigon, Bien Hoa, Can Tho, Rach Gia, Nha Trang, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Thai Binh, Bui Chu Phat Diem Church, Children's Hospital, Rehabilitation Center, Caritas Center, Center for Disabilities, Army Central Hospital 108 Hanoi, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Blind School (Hanoi), Lai Thieu Deaf and Hai Phong Deaf School, etc. Ms. LTTC has opened 18 courses, conveyed her method to over 2000 people, applied Neuroreflexology to aid impoverished patients, and local areas deprived of medication and medical practitioners. In particular, in the popular city of Nha Trang, she has successfully requested the government to enable 40 monks to join her in serving others.

She has been awarded innumerous commendation awards by health departments and hospitals across all of northern, central and southern Vietnam, and especially by Professor and Doctor  Nguyễn Quốc Triệu, Director of the Hanoi Health Department who has now become Minister of Health. When she arrived in the United States, she has received many awards and honors from 4 mayors throughout her 30 years of service to the United States. In addition, she has received commendation and meritorious acknowledgement from President Bill Clinton, Former Cambodian President Hengcheng, Senator John Cornyn, Federal Representative Al Green, Peter Brown and Judge Robert Eckels. VOA reporters have also requested and broadcasted interviews with her over many months. In addition, Public Channel 8 of the U.S. has interviewed herself and patients with Multiple Sclerosis, broadcasting the interviews constantly to help patients with Multiple Sclerosis seek treatment. She has helped many patients with schizophrenia and depression return to school, work and experience a normal life.

Many hospitals and nursing homes have also permitted her to use Neuroreflexology to awaken patients from their comas after suffering from a stroke, diabetes, etc. Many children with Addison Disease, ALD (Adrenolenko Distrophy), ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), Coffin siris syndrome, Congenital Quadriplegia, Cornelia de lange Syndrom, Down Syndrome, Inadequate Intake, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson’s Disease, Retinal Detachment, West Syndrome, were healed with wonderful successes. Most notably, children with microcephaly after a short period of treatment have their heads grow to normal size and not cry extrenuously, writhe or curl unlimitedly on the bed. They are able to walk and talk coherently, and children with hydrocephalus have their heads shrunk and are able to walk again. Blind people have been able to see again, children with autism, congenital deafness or mutism are able to speak fluently, show intelligence and return to school with a brighter future following treatment. War veterans who suffer from PTSD are able to quickly return to normal life.

Experts have concluded that LTTC’s reflex treatment is a highly special medical intervention for treatment of non-pharmacological diseases. The successes of her treatment to mostly incurable diseases were considered as miracles. The patients’ records from the hospitals were saved in her books with photos before and after their illness recovering. The treatment has great community benefits for the treatment of previously thought incurably disease. Unfortunately however, though she has written many times to former President Bill Clinton, Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and I myself have also written a letter of introduction to President Obama, these letters have been met with silence.

Your honorable First Lady, indeed it is not wrong with the saying “young age is love, old age is wisdom”. With Ms Thu Cúc, other than knowledge, experience and practical skills, she is highly passionate and consistently researches to develop and progress. She cares whole-heartedly for her patients and for these genuine attributes, I would like to respectfully introduce to you this special treatment and hope that you and Mr. President will help to fulfil her last, final wishes before she departs, which is to provide free treatment and transfer her multiple methods to many others so they are able to aid many other patients suffering from incurable diseases, thereby alleviating a huge burden on families and the overall society.

Every human being is given a mission by God, and I believe God has given the First Lady a mission to accompany President Donald Trump to help him fulfill his supreme spiritual mission. His greatness, which God has given, to help more people to fulfill their righteous dreams.

Marking the 86th birthday of Ms Lê Thị Thu Cúc, I respectfully write this letter to the First Lady in hopes that you will spend a little of your very precious time to learn and help fulfill the good dreams of Ms Lê Thị Thu Cúc before it is too late, for she has served for over 33 years: 3 years in Vietnam and 30 years in the United States. I believe with your concern and support, Neuroreflexology can be popularized in the community and contribute massively to alleviate the pain of many previously thought incurable diseases of people who are suffering on this planet.

May God grace the President, First Lady and their family with enlightenment, wisdom, willpower and strength to overcome the many storms that come forth and that have come over the 4 years that His Supreme has reigned, to be glorious in his upcoming election and be immortalized as the greatest president who has ruled with wisdom, intelligence and compassion.

Yours faithfully,

Dr. Nguyễn Thanh Danh, PhD., MD.
